Best GTD Tool for Teams

I’ve noticed that the only apps talked about on here are the really well known ones like Microsoft ToDo, Asanna, Todoist, etc.

Don’t get me wrong I love my Microsoft todo! But for teams and collaboration the best tool I’ve actually seen so far is Taskade. My coworker brought it to our weekly L10’s and it’s amazing! As far as I know it’s relatively new too.

Their official description is: a place where remote teams chat, organize, and get things done. Map out your workflow from ideas to action, in one unified workspace.

It has all the usual stuff like lists, due dates, reminders, assigning tasks, and even some extras like mind maps or Trello-esque boards.

But my favorite thing is that there’s a dedicated text and video chat space within the workspace. It makes things a lot easier because you don’t have to just leave comments on individual items and hope your coworker sees it, but you can literally type stuff in the chat. I guess even better than that though is it’s free. There is a paid version but you literally get everything in free, paid only updates the limits I think and we haven’t even come close to reaching them yet. After trying a lot of tools over the past year it’s the one I’m happiest with so far.
